THE SUMMIT 86 IS ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS:
MAIN LEVEL - Enter the cabin through the double glass doors from the well-lit front porch that has just 2 low gradual steps (designed to not be an obstacle for those with accessibility concerns). The open-concept main level of the cabin is the central hub of the home with the main Living Area, Dining Area, & Kitchen all professionally decorated by designer Kara Cox Interiors. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen provides everything you need to cook & serve a meal for 20 people including a Wolf range, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, large capacity refrigerator. Refrigerator space is no issue in this cabin with an additional full-size fridge on the lower level and a beverage fridge on both the main level and upstairs in the loft. The indoor Dining and Bar area has seating for 20 with magnificent views out the wall of windows under the grand 28ft ceilings. Or take the gathering outside to the back porch off the main level to dine alfresco or relax in one of the rocking chairs. The main level of the cabin also has 3 Bedrooms with mountain views: 2 King Master Suites and the Family Bedroom w/2 sets of custom XL Twin-over- Queen Bunks. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (walk-in showers in the king suites and tub/shower in the family bunkbed room). In addition, there is a half bathroom for convenience off the main living area and the laundry room as well.

o Full Swing Golf Simulator - Other cabins may have a Golden Tee arcade game, but we are the only ones in the Smokies with a professional Full Swing Golf Simulator. The cabin had to be architecturally designed to accommodate this $45,000 golf simulator which is the same system used by PGA Champions and leading Golf Instructors. The intuitive and fun-filled system combines infrared lightwave technology with high-speed cameras to show your true ball flight & spin along with a replay of your club contact with the ball. Play any of the 84 meticulously reproduced Championship Courses such as Pebble Beach, Bethpage Black, Pinehurst, or Torrey Pines... or select one of the Contest Options to compete against one another for ultimate entertainment.
o Indoor Pool - Let the fun continue by taking a dip in Summit 86's private indoor pool! The custom 20' x 12' indoor gas-heated oynx diamond-brite pool features natural slate walls, travertine floors, a waterfall to massage your shoulders and provide soothing sounds, and color-changing LED lights that will allow you to create the perfect atmosphere. In the summer, you will enjoy opening up the double french doors that lead to the outdoor pool deck. o Lower Outdoor Decks - As a seamless extension of the game area and pool, the Lower Outdoor Decks feature an oversized 8-person hot tub and a Resort-Style Gas Fire Pit. THE SUMMIT 85 IS ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS:
MAIN LEVEL - Enter the cabin through the double glass doors from the well-lit front covered porch that has just 2 low gradual steps (designed to not be an obstacle for those with accessibility concerns). The open-concept main level of the cabin is the central hub of the home with the main Living Area, Dining Area, & Kitchen all professionally decorated. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook & serve a meal for 18 people including double ovens, dishwasher, and large capacity refrigerator. Ample refrigerator space is the name of the game in this cabin with an additional full-size fridge on the lower level and a beverage fridge in the upstairs entertainment area. The indoor Dining Area has seating for 14 guests with magnificent views, there is also additional bar seating for 4. Or take the gathering outside to the back porch off the main level to dine alfresco or relax in one of several adirondack chairs. The main level of the cabin also has 2 Bedrooms: 1 King Suite with private balcony. 1 King Suite with daybed with trundle bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (tub/shower). In addition, there is a half bathroom for convenience off the main living area.
LOWER "ENTERTAINMENT" LEVEL - The amenities at The Summit 85 are amazing. Make your way downstairs to check out everything this gorgeous cabin has to offer.
o Indoor Pool - Let the fun continue by taking a dip in The Summit 85's private indoor pool! The custom 20' x 12' indoor gas-heated Tahoe Blue diamond-brite pool features natural slate walls, stone floors, and gorgeous mountain views. In the summer, you will enjoy opening up the sliding double doors that lead to the outdoor covered pool deck.
o Lower Outdoor Decks - As a seamless extension of the game area and pool, the Lower Outdoor Decks feature an oversized 8-person hot tub and an extra gathering space to enjoy the views. Relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine while the kids play ping pong.
o Ping Pong & Beverage Bar - Step back inside the game area and challenge a friend or family member to a game of Ping Pong and grab a drink from the Beverage Bar with additional full size fridge.
o Home Theater - If the other TV's (with Cable, DVR, & access to all the Streaming Services) isn't enough, then gather everyone around the 100-inch screen in the Home Theater with the professionally-installed Magnolia sound system and intuitive touch-screen integrated remote. We had a great Thanksgiving vacation with 16 of us staying here comfortably! So many beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. 5 kids under 13… the indoor pool, ping pong table, pickleball/basketball court were huge hits to let the kids and adults play! We loved that it was secluded but close enough to town. The hosts were quick to respond and so helpful! Loved this place!!

We had a great time. There were 13 of us ages 8 to 70 and something for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen is well appointed. The views are wonderful. This was our 2nd annual stay and the kids are already planning for next year.

I wish I could give this house 10 stars! This home is very exquisite and equipped with anything you could possibly need! There is something for everyone to do, at any age. If the style and decor weren’t enough — the VIEWS! Every single room has a stunning backdrop. Don’t think about it, just book it! You won’t be disappointed!
This place was fantastic. I almost have no words for how beautiful the home is. The views were incredible and everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy getaway. It was peaceful and quiet for my friends and I, and I can’t say enough good things.
The place was very well kept and up to date. Indoor pool was great for the whole family. The views were unbelievable! Close enough to Pigeon Forge to get there quickly yet just far enough away from everything. Great for large families or multiple families.
Words cannot properly express how this place is. From the magnificent sunrises and sunsets to the accommodations themselves. Once you arrive there is no reason to go anywhere — this place has it all. I will definitely book this again.
Late check-outs are not available. Early check-ins are sometimes possible depending on cleaning and inspection schedules — if your cabin is ready early on arrival day, we will reach out and let you know.
